Picture this: hubby and I attended a holiday party in the area and we left feeling hungry (apps only @ the party). He told me about A Votre Sante and how he'd enjoyed dining there off and on for years. We decided to go for a late dinn. Entrance was a bit awkward as they had one door taped off, and another locked. Someone inside waved us to the side door, and when we went that way we stepped in to the busboys kind of looking at us surprised. Not sure what was up with the entry situation. The menu was very vegan friendly and we had a number of options to choose from. We shared a Sante salad and the mushroom bolognese-both were excellent. We also shared a slice of berry pie for dessert, which was pretty good but not heated through thoroughly. Our waiter was so friendly and on top of things! A few times during dinn I got a whiff of an unpleasant smell-disinfectant maybe? And it made for a weird taste while eating. Overall, very high quality food and a nice setting, despite a few minor challenges. Would def come again, and hopefully the doorway sitch & cleaning product smell will be resolved!

A Votre Sante is a great little spot on San Vicente. I have only been here for brunch but they have a very extensive menu. And everything I have gotten here has been absolutely delicious. The inside seating looks cute but I much prefer the outside seating among the beautiful plants. Definitely recommend for a really beautiful brunch!

I have been a customer here for years and haven't been disappointed. Today I ordered the Orgwnic Kale and Quinoa Salad with goat cheese, veggiedz avocado mint, green onion, cucumber, walnuts, carrotsx celery, red cabbage. It was delicious and healthy! My friend ordered the turkey burger and she enjoyed it! There are plenty of nice tables to sit outside that are dog friendly. Free parking in the back.

A Votre Sante: French phrase meaning "to your health." (Caveat: despite the name, this is not a "French" restaurant. The food has influences from different countries ex: Mexican, Asian, Italian, American etc.) Mission statement: A restaurant that "caters to your health while satisfying your palette....guilt free dining" (homepage restaurant website). A Votre Sante has been around a long time, since 1987! It started out as a vegetarian restaurant but now serves both meat and vegan/vegetarian options. Though the menu has changed over the years, they have stuck to their original mission statement of serving healthy food. The ambiance of the restaurant is upscale, casual. There are two rooms. One has more open windows and sun and spaced out seating. The other room is darker and has more of a winery ambiance. They have outdoor seating as well but no one was seated outside during dinner time. They were pretty busy when I walked in, much more than the other restaurants nearby. People were friendly here. We had a nice convo with the people sitting next to us who also loved what they ordered (chicken kebab and the Sante Super Bowl). Service was pretty good but a little slow to start. There was no host when we walked in and when we walked up to the counter, we were told to sit down and that we would be brought a menu. We waited a little while and I ended up having to get up to ask the waiter to bring me one. The waiter, however, was awesome and patient and enthusiastic about the menu items. He had a great attitude and was just a pleasure. I ordered the vegetarian tostada. It comes with avocados, tomatoes, carrots, black bean chili, sprouts, and tahini dressing on a toasted whole wheat tortilla. You can add a protein but I'm glad I didn't as the portion is huge and very filling. It was a very delicious salad. The veggies tasted so fresh and ripe. The avocado melted in my mouth. I loved it! However, next time I would order it to share with my dining companion as it was very generous. My dining companion got the miso marinated Alaskan cod. It looks like this item is only on the menu from Thursday to Sunday during dinner. It has yuzu braised cabbage, pad thai noodles, edamame, shitake mushrooms, and chives. This dish is a winner! The cod was buttery soft and the veggies were well cooked. The sauce was melt in your mouth delicious. As good as any fish from a seafood restaurant. I brought back a beyond burger (vegetarian) for someone at home. The burger had a plant based burger patty, sauerkraut, lettuce, tomato, onions and vegan Dijonnaise sauce on a La Brea Bakery wheat bun. I added cheese to the burger for an extra cost. The burger came with a side of potatoes. The person who had the burger thought this was one of the "best veggie burgers" they've had. I was happy they were so pleased. The to-go bag came out when we got the bill and I appreciated the timing. Next time I would ask for some ketchup to-go for the potatoes as there was none in the bag but it was okay because I had some at home. When it came time for the bill, I noticed that you can get 10% off if you check in on Yelp and the waiter gladly honored it. They do add a service charge to tip the kitchen staff which was surprising but it does say that you can ask to get the charge removed if you'd like and since I saved on the Yelp check-in, it was not really a big deal. Overall, I had a great time at A Votre Sante. They have a lunch and brunch menu as well. They also have quite a selection of wines and beer. They have dessert tool so I will try to save room next time. Parking can be tough in this area but they do have a lot in the back. I was lucky and found metered parking on the street. They do take reservations on Opentable. They won the Opentable's Diner's Choice Award in 2022. They deliver with Postmates, Grubhub, Chowhound,, and Doordash.

Really loved this cute little place. It's on San Vincente so I've run past it many times but never noticed it. My partner planned a romantic date here for a late Valentine's Day on a Friday. It was well occupied but not busy- so it felt nice to have other people there without it being overly loud or chaotic. We sat outside near a fire lamp and were super comfortable. The outside has icy and little twinkle lights that create such a nice ambiance for a date or evening with friends. The menu had several gluten free and vegan items, and the dessert menu was very allergen friendly. I got the beyond meat taco bowl, and it was a great Portion! Great mix of ingredients; I loved the cabbage in the cilantro lime dressing. The waitress was super nice and not overbearing, which we appreciated. She gave us a lot of time to just enjoy our conversation and meal. My partner really enjoyed the veggie curry; it had lots of vegetables and had a nice subtle flavor I would say. I would come back in a heartbeat. I want to try for brunch someday. Prices were reasonable for a nice restaurant in LA- think like $18-22 for entrees without nice steak or fish, closer to $30 for those items. East street parking. This is the first five star review I've written in a while- it deserves it! Oh, PS, the lemon sauce on the spinach-chickpea app was soooo tasty.

SERVICE - located off of the main road - park on street or in paid lots nearby - indoor and outdoor seating - good for casual lunch or dinner - servers are helpful and provide good recommendations from menu - food served quickly MENU - cafe style selection of wraps, sandwiches, salads, and breakfast foods - gluten free and vegan options available - average price ($16 per entree) FOOD - garden wrap (8/10): grilled veggies, brown rice, hummus, avocado, tomato, and tahini wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla served with a side of roasted potatoes. This is a filling vegan lunch or brunch dish that does not leave you feeling heavy. There is a variety of textures from the different vegetables which contrast the creamy hummus and avocado. I really enjoyed the roasted potatoes as well since they had onion and zucchini added. WOULD I COME BACK? Yes! The menu is extensive and the decor was very welcoming
